STEPS FOR GETTING AND SUBMITTING HOURS:
1. Read the rules about restrictions on hours on the hour sheet.
2. You will submit your hours once a month.
3. Follow the instructions below that are also on the hour sheet for submitting your photo.
You can submit a photo of you volunteering (PREFERRED), OR a photo of your hour sheet with signature (HOUR SHEETS ARE OPTIONAL. WE WILL NOT BE TAKING THEM UP BUT IF YOU FORGET TO TAKE A PICTURE AT YOUR EVENT, THEN THAT IS ON YOU AND THERE IS NO WAY THAT WE CAN GIVE YOU HOURS FOR THE EVENT.)
4. Make sure to get the event coordinator's email, so that we can confirm that you accurately completed your hours.

This is a template of how you need to set up your email when submitting your hours. Please attach a photo of you volunteering OR with a photo of your hour sheet with the supervisor signature of that event. This needs to be done once a month with all your events for the month and the date, name of event, type of hours, number of hours, and photo for each event in order to correctly track monthly service hours earned.
